Arrivederci, Roma

We fly out tomorrow, saying goodbye to Rome.

I thought I’d give you a picture of my completed Tramonto as I wear it around town – with the center in front, ends wrapped around and also in front, usually with a bright color (I have a coral colored dress I love it with, as well). This is one very common way scarves are worn in Italy (and Germany as I recall).

Except that I still have a little bit of my neck exposed, leaving myself open to drafts, colds, and general malaise.

I’m taking a week off as we settle it from our first international move of the summer – but stay tuned, I have a new design I’m working up as we fly.
